About the Role As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will be the operational backbone of the Talent Acquisition team. You will drive candidate logistics, schedule complex multi-stage technical interview loops across global time zones, manage candidate communications within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and support onboarding logistics for world-class aerospace and hardware talent.

Responsibilities

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to develop targeted sourcing strategies for highly technical engineering roles (Avionics, Propulsion, GNC, Systems Engineering).
• Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, advanced Boolean search, industry-specific forums, and aerospace conferences.
• Build and maintain deep talent benches for high-priority and recurring technical disciplines to ensure rapid hiring cycles.
• Conduct high-touch outreach and initial candidate screenings to assess technical alignment, motivation, and cultural fit.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date candidate records within the ATS (Greenhouse or similar).
• Stay current on aerospace talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive intelligence.
• Track and report on sourcing metrics to continuously optimize pipeline health and conversion rates.
