Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation in Dallas is seeking a Recreational Therapist for our outpatient Day Neuro and SCI Max Programs. This full-time role collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to design comprehensive rehab plans tailored to adults with brain and spinal cord injuries.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s in Therapeutic Recreation and a CTRS certification; medical setting experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Baccalaureate Degree in Therapeutic Recreation is required.
• Current national CTRS certification is required.
• Experience in a medical setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop outpatient rehab programs for Day Neuro and SCI.
• Collaborate with PT/OT/SLP and neuropsychology to plan care.
• Create individualized treatment plans to support return to leisure and community reintegration.
