Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehab in Grapevine, TX is seeking a PRN Recreational Therapist to join our Day Neuro clinic team. You will provide recreational therapy services to patients with brain and spinal cord injuries, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to promote independence and community reintegration.

Responsibilities include delivering up to six hours of therapy per day, Monday through Friday, with weekend shifts required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Recreational Therapy or a related field.
• Current national certification from NCTRC as a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS).
• Must be available for weekend shifts; flexibility to pick up weekday shifts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide up to six hours of therapy per day, Monday through Friday.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to plan and implement therapeutic activities.
• Deliver recreational therapy services aligned with patients’ brain injury and spinal cord injury rehabilitation goals.
• PRN coverage as needed at the Grapevine Day Neuro Clinic.
