Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Recreation Therapy required.
• National Provider BLS (American Heart Association) within 30 days of hire.
• Washington Recreational Therapist Registration upon hire.
• National Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (NCTRS) certification upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic social, recreational, and diversional events for participants.
• Conduct individual assessments to identify interests and needs.
• Develop and implement individual and group activities.
• Participate in interdisciplinary care planning.
• Coordinate recreation documentation for assigned participants and supervise volunteers.
