Job summary

Park Nursing Home is seeking Recreational Aides to assist with planning recreational activities under the supervision of a Recreational Director. Aides prepare resources, guide participants, maintain equipment, and reiterate safety guidelines for activities.

Responsibilities include assisting in activity implementation, coordinating supplies, documenting attendance, and collaborating with the Recreation Director to manage calendars and external partnerships.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare activities or recreation therapy coursework is preferred.
• Previous geriatric population experience is preferred.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities; ability to multitask.

• Experience with activities in healthcare settings or college work in recreation therapy preffered
• Previous experience with Geriatric population preferred
• Proficient computer skills necessary

• Strong organizational & planning skills; ability to multitask
