  • Plan, organize, and lead recreational activities, such as games, arts and crafts, movies, and special events, to promote socialization and community building among residents

  • Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement programs that cater to diverse interests and abilities

  • Maintain a safe and welcoming environment, ensuring that all activities are conducted in accordance with established policies and procedures

  • Assist with daily living activities, such as meal delivery, transportation, and escort services, as needed

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues to build trust and respect

  • Keep accurate records of activities, attendance, and resident feedback to inform program development and evaluation

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • 1 year of experience in a similar role or related field

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
