The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and adherence to safety and care standards in a hospital-like long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the spoken English language to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our patients and visitors and respond to their medical and physical needs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and implement engagement activities that meet the physical, creative, cognitive, social, spiritual, and needs of our patients and residents.
• Document patient/resident attendance and participation level at recreation programs
• Attend care plan meetings as needed
