The Westin at Frenchman’s Reef in St. Thomas, part of Davidson Hospitality Group, seeks a Recreation Supervisor to lead our lively recreation program and deliver engaging experiences for guests.

You will plan and coordinate sports, arts, crafts, and activities, manage a team, and ensure safety and fun across evenings, weekends, and holidays in a dynamic, guest‑focused environment.

Formación

• Experience in a supervisory role within recreation or hospitality.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Creativity to develop engaging recreational programs.
• Knowledge of diverse recreational activities and equipment.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
