The Town of Avon, Colorado, is seeking a Rec Services Coordinator to support front desk operations and facility management at the Avon Recreation Center. You will help with guest services, registrations, and daily financial transactions while ensuring a welcoming and safe space for patrons.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s in Recreation or related field, strong customer service, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Spanish skills are a plus.

Competenze

• Customer service and front desk experience preferred.
• Ability to manage financial transactions and registrations.
• Familiarity with recreation center operations and programs.
• Knowledge of how to use basic office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Spanish language skills are preferred.

• Greet and assist visitors at Avon Recreation Center front desk.
• Process memberships, passes, registrations and payments.
• Support program and activity registrations and special events.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of reception and fitness areas.
• Collaborate with Recreation Services team to ensure excellent guest experience.
