Job summary

The City of San Luis is seeking a Programs Coordinator to organize diverse recreation programs for residents and visitors. You will coordinate youth camps, after-school activities, classes, athletics, wellness and community engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recreational programs for residents and visitors.
• Develop partnerships with schools, organizations, volunteers and sponsors.
• Serve as liaison between Parks and Recreation and the public.
• Assist in planning and executing city events and activities.
• Manage participant registrations and facility calendars.
• Prepare promotional materials and manage social media content.
• Maintain program records, budgets, sponsorships and expenditures.
