Job summary

City of Boulder is seeking a part-time Recreation Member Service Representative IV to deliver exceptional customer service at our recreation facilities in Boulder, CO. You will handle cash, register participants for classes and activities, and assist with rentals and information services.

The role requires evening and weekend shifts, the ability to balance cash drawers accurately, and a commitment to safety and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum two to three years of customer service experience.
• Ability to demonstrate cash handling experience and accurate cash drawer balancing.
• First Aid/CPR certifications preferred within 90 days of hire.
• Experience with recreation facilities or public programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to patrons in person and by phone.
• Handle cash, register participants for classes and activities, and process rentals.
• Check patrons in/out and promote Parks and Recreation programs.
• Maintain facility spaces and assist with event setups as needed.
• Support front desk staff and assist with daily operational tasks.
• Ensure safety and enforce city policies to maintain a welcoming environment.
