Job summary

Responsibilities include scheduling, budgeting, staffing coordination, customer service, and promotion with the Media Specialist, collaborating with partners. A high school diploma is required and a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• One to three years of experience in recreation, fitness, sports management, or related fields.
• Knowledge of recreation program planning and community engagement.
• CPR/AED certification or willingness to obtain within six months.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate recreation programs, classes, leagues, and events.
• Prepare schedules, registrations, and promotional materials.
• Monitor participation, attendance, customer satisfaction, and costs.
• Coordinate staff, volunteers, and instructors.
• Ensure safety, accessibility, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain records, budgets, and program documentation.
