Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Two years experience leading, directing, supervising, coaching, or teaching in recreation settings.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate programming and operation of the Anchorage Parks and Recreation facilities and summer camps.
• Provide training and supervision to staff to ensure quality programs and a safe facility operation.
• Engage with facility user groups and monitor program participation and safety.
