Equus Workforce Solutions is seeking a Recreation Program Supervisor to develop and promote inclusive recreational programs for diverse youth at our San Marcos center. You will supervise staff, ensure safety training, and coordinate events and partnerships with community providers.

Requires a Bachelor’s or related experience, 1–2 years of supervision, and a valid driver’s license; CDL w/ Passenger endorsement preferred. This role focuses on safety, engagement, and budget-conscious operation.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in Recreation, Physical Education or related area; or four to six years related experience and/or training.
• One to two years of supervisory experience.
• Experience working with diverse population of youth.
• A valid driver’s license in the state of employment with an acceptable driving record.
• Valid Commercial Driver’s License with Passenger Endorsement preferred.

Mansioni

• Develop and promote recreational programs which meet the needs of all program participants.
• Supervises all recreation staff, ensuring safety in all activities; records in CIS as required.
• Conducts in-service staff training sessions as needed.
• Plans and arranges for all on-center activities, including cultural and creative activities, sports, and other leisure-learning programs.
• Extend partnerships to other recreational providers in the community.
