Responsibilities

• Assist in overall management of daily operations and administrative tasks.
• Supervise, schedule, train staff; participate in hiring and payroll procedures.
• Oversee front desk and ensure exceptional guest service.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues; maintain company image.
• Inspect facilities for safety; report and address issues.
• Support budgeting, P&L review, and monthly/annual reports.
