Rite of Passage's Southeast affiliate is seeking a Recreation Manager to lead programs for youth at our West Palm Beach location. This on-site role focuses on creating engaging, safe activities aligned with our evidence-based approach and mission to inspire positive change.

To be considered, you should:

• BA/BS degree in therapeutic recreation or equivalent with one to three years’ experience.
• Working knowledge of the Positive Operational Culture.
• Leadership ability necessary to instill high standards, positive attitudes by staff and students.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively supervise students.
• Must meet the requirements to be an eligible ROP driver. Must possess a current State Driver’s License and have an acceptable driving record for the past three (3) years.
