Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in therapeutic recreation or equivalent with 1-3 years’ experience.
• Working knowledge of the Positive Operational Culture.
• Leadership ability to instill high standards and positive attitudes by staff and students.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively supervise students.
• Must meet ROP driver requirements and have a valid driver's license with a clean record for the past 3 years.
