Qualifications

• Hands-on direct supervisory experience managing a number of employees.
• Experience in administering disciplinary action.
• Computer literate with excellent customer service skills.
• Must possess or be able to obtain a Lifeguard License within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Assists with the supervision and administrative control for efficient operation of the facility.
• Responsible for the overall safety and security of all staff, members, guests, and facilities.
• Performs set‑ups/takedowns for facility reservations and events.
• Coordinates scheduling of the facility for optimum use.
