• Supervises work with union and non-union staff and interfaces with residents and contractors.
• Develops work programs, plans and oversees training and safety initiatives.
• Coordinates contracted services and inspects contractor work for quality.
• Manages work order systems and tracks progress to ensure timely completion.
• Maintains records of maintenance logs and equipment service history.
• Communicates maintenance schedules and facility conditions to residents and staff.
• Directly supervises maintenance personnel and prioritizes daily tasks.
