Job summary

City of West University Place is seeking a Customer Service Team Member to assist with registration transactions, memberships, reservations, and inquiries at city recreation facilities. The role requires friendly, professional interaction with the public and the ability to handle a variety of registrations and payments.

Team Members will support daily facility operations, monitor safety, and assist with setup/teardown for classes and events.

Qualifications

• Experience in the customer service industry with cash handling responsibilities preferred.
• CPR and AED certifications, or ability to obtain within 45 days of employment start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide superb customer service to members, customers and guests.
• Assist with registrations, memberships, and class inquiries.
• Set up and tear down tables, chairs, and AV equipment as needed.
• Monitor facilities and enforce rules and safety.
• Maintain cleanliness and perform janitorial tasks.
