Directions for Youth & Families is seeking an energetic, creative, and enthusiastic Part-Time Recreation Coordinator to join our After-school Program team. This position is responsible for planning and leading recreational and fitness activities that promote healthy lifestyles, teamwork, leadership, and positive youth development in a structured afterschool environment.
The Recreation Coordinator will create engaging, age-appropriate activities that encourage physical fitness, build confidence, and foster communication, sportsmanship, and positive relationships among youth ages 8–18.
Monday–Friday
School Year: 3:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Summer Program: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Occasional evenings or schedule adjustments may be required for team meetings and special events.
