Job summary

Achievement Centers for Children in Strongsville, Ohio, is seeking a dynamic Program Manager to lead the daily operations of our Recreation Programs, ensuring high-quality participant experiences for children, adults, and families.

You will oversee staff, coordinate schedules, manage logistics, and champion safety and compliance while supporting events and growth initiatives within a mission-driven nonprofit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Recreation Management, Human Services, Education, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of leadership, operations, or program management experience.
• Experience supervising teams preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
