Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in recreation administration or related field.
• Texas driver’s license or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• One to three years of experience in recreation, fitness, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations, including opening/closing and inspections.
• Hire, train, mentor, schedule, and supervise part-time staff and instructors.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve conflicts professionally.
• Assist with registrations, deposits, and daily cash handling per procedures.
• Serve as acting manager when the Recreation Center Manager is away.
