Job summary

The City of Round Rock is hiring a Recreation Center Supervisor to launch and operate a state-of-the-art Athletic Performance Center. Lead daily facility operations, manage staff and safety, and develop programming with community partners in a dynamic, public setting.

You will oversee programming, revenue forecasting, vendor relations, and events while ensuring exceptional customer service and safety standards for all ages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Parks Administration, Recreation Administration, or a related field.
• Three years of progressively responsible experience supervising operations in a recreation or multi-use facility.
• Experience managing indoor/outdoor athletic or recreation spaces and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and lead the Recreation Center Team.
• Hire, train, supervise, schedule, and evaluate staff and volunteers.
• Ensure customer service excellence and a welcoming environment for patrons.
