Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with recreation administration focus plus 3 years supervisory experience or equivalent.
• Cardiopulmonary Rescue and First Aid Certificate required.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.

Responsibilities

• Directs the recreation center's programs and operations.
• Plans, budgets, and maintains revenue reports for the center.
• Schedules facilities use for classes, events, and rentals.
• Recruits and trains instructors and staff for programs.
• Prepares reports and maintains records on programs and services.
• Promotes center activities with the city's marketing department.
• Ensures safety and security of patrons and staff.
