Qualifications

• Ability to work with adults and children and maintain safety.

Responsibilities

• Provides customer service to participants in activities and programs.
• Registers participants and members and collects fees; reconciles receipts.
• Processes member paperwork and changes; handles EFTs and payments.
• Monitors activities to ensure rules and safety guidelines are followed.
• Issues and checks ID cards; distributes equipment.
• Opens and closes the center per policies.
• Responds to inquiries and complaints; supports staff with clerical tasks.
• Completes incident/accident and facility tracking reports.
• Assists with program setup and flyer distribution; performs basic math for cash handling.
