Job summary

The Waterfront Beach Resort in Huntington Beach, CA seeks a pool attendant to deliver friendly service, maintain pool areas, and ensure guest safety and comfort by the ocean. You will welcome guests, monitor cleanliness, stock towels and water, and support pool-related events.

Ideal candidates have prior guest service experience; CPR/First Aid training is preferred. This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and guest satisfaction in a hospitality setting.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service. Welcome guests to the pool facility and ensure they have a safe and enjoyable experience. Oversee the cleanliness and the daily upkeep of the pool and pool area.
• Ensure guests are aware of all services and activities available at the pool. Ensure an adequate supply of towels and water are available to guest.
• Assist in promoting the facility and organizing special events as required.
• Follow departmental policies and procedures. Follow all safety and sanitation policies. Other duties as assigned.

• Promote guest satisfaction through his/her ability to develop and maintain a team environment, placing an emphasis on guest satisfaction, and delivering prompt and courteous service.
