Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort is seeking a Recreation Attendant to support Explorer Island, our family pool area. You will assist guests with seating, provide towels and water, and help maintain a welcoming environment across poolside venues and recreational spaces.

The role requires English fluency and legal work authorization in the United States, with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

The Opportunity

Recreation Attendant (Full-Time)

About The Role

We are looking for an individual who can provide support for Explorer Island, our recreational area. Explorer Island features a Family Pool, Splash Zone, Lazy River, and The Drop. Dry out over a game of beach volleyball, shoot hoops, or get your gaming fix at The Hideout. Our complimentary Kids for All Seasons program is also located on the island.

What You Will Do

• Provide guests with water, towels, and assistance with seating arrangements at the pool areas
• Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner to maximize customer satisfaction

What You Bring

• Able to adapt to daily changes and challenges
• Comfortable outside during times of high temperatures.
• A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers.
• Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions.
• High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team.
• Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.
