Job summary

City of Longview is seeking a part-time Recreation Clerk to support facility operations and customer service. You will process registrations, memberships, and fees while assisting with events and programs.

Position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, clerical experience, and a valid Texas Driver’s License. First Aid/CPR certification is required, and duties include classroom and facility assistance as needed.

Assists in updating and maintaining departmental records, lists, calendars, and databases. Exposure to variable weather conditions, machinery with moving parts, hazardous chemicals, infectious diseases, blood borne pathogens, bodily fluids, and potentially irate members of the public is involved.The City of Longview does not offer benefits to part-time or temporary positions.
