Job summary

Associa in San Diego, CA is seeking a part-time Recreation Attendant to welcome residents and guests to the clubhouse, monitor use, and enforce facility rules.

The role supports operations and maintenance of the club facilities, verifies residents’ membership, and collaborates with the Lifestyle Director to maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; evening and weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor resident and guest use of club facilities and enforce Rules & Regulations.

• Maintain verification of residents’ membership to club facilities and surrounding facilities at the community.
• Ensure cleanliness of the club facility’s interior/exterior and its furniture and equipment.
• Work closely with Lifestyle Director to support program delivery.

Associa is currently looking for a Recreation Attendant to join our team in San Diego, CA. TheRecreation Attendant monitors resident and guest use of club facilities foradherence to the Rules & Regulations regarding facility use. In addition, will assist infunctions/duties relating to operation and maintenance of facilities, and maintain verification ofresidents’ membership to the club facilities and surrounding facilities at the community.

The Recreational attendant helps the company grow by:

• Being responsible for regular contact with residents and guests using clubhouse facilities.
• Working very closely with the Lifestyle Director.
• Being responsible for the cleanliness of the club facility’s interior/exterior and its furniture andequipment.

Compensation:

$17.75 per hour;direct experience highly considered.

Monday -Friday 4:00PM -9:15 PM Saturday 7 :00 am to 4:00 PM or 4:00Pm -9:15pm Sunday 715am - 1 pm or 1pm to 9pm

Requirements
