Management & Training Corporation seeks a recreation staff member for the Earle C. Clements Job Corps Center in Morganfield, KY.

You will monitor and direct students in center-sponsored recreational activities, both on and off center, using your creativity to engage participants and promote healthy, fun programs. The role requires at least a high school diploma, one year of recreation experience, and strong communication and computer skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• One year of recreation experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and computer proficiency.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, plan, and direct students in center-sponsored recreational activities on- and off-center.
• Organize and supervise student participation in various recreation activities.
• Assist in planning, implementing, and coordinating a comprehensive program to encourage participation.
• Maintain safety and model zero tolerance policies while promoting career success standards.
