Job summary

Complete Care at Willow Creek is seeking a Recreation Aide to implement scheduled programs, assist residents, and help create a vibrant activity calendar in our long-term care setting.

The role emphasizes empathy, creativity, and teamwork, with opportunities to contribute to celebrations and resident engagement while using basic computer skills. Evening/weekend shifts and daily pay options support a flexible, rewarding schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Previous long-term care experience preferred but not required.
• Must be energetic, creative, empathetic and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Implement scheduled programs and assist residents as needed.
• Monitor resident behavior during events and communicate to nursing as needed.
• Maintain and manage activity attendance calendars.
• Assist in preparing and displaying holiday decorations throughout the facility.
• Other duties as assigned by Director of Activities and Administrator.
