About the Role

As an Activities Aide, you will be responsible for planning and implementing a range of activities and programs to meet the diverse needs and interests of our residents. This may include:

• Provide group and individual instruction and hands-on support and guidance to residents


• Lead planned activities, games and events to encourage residents to use mental and physical faculties


• Organizing special events, such as birthday celebrations, holiday parties, and themed events


• Encouraging and supporting resident participation in activities and programs


• Assisting with daily living tasks and providing companionship to residents


• Maintaining accurate records of resident participation and activity schedules
