Integrity House in Newark, NJ is seeking a Program Manager for the Pathways to Recovery grant program. The role oversees workforce development operations, supervises grant staff, ensures NJDOL compliance, and drives employment readiness services.

The position requires a Master’s degree and at least three years of program management experience, plus strong leadership and partnership development skills. Full-time with competitive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Public Administration, Workforce Development, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum three years of program management or supervisory experience.
• Experience managing workforce development, employment, education, behavioral health, recovery, or grant-funded programs preferred.
• Experience developing employer and community partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day grant operations and NJDOL compliance.
• Supervise Employment Specialist, GED Instructor, Case Managers.
• Monitor goals, timelines, budgets, and performance outcomes.
• Prepare reports and maintain documentation.
• Coordinate program monitoring and corrective action activities.
