Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Current PRSS Certification or demonstrated recovery from a mental health or substance use disorder.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Willing to self-disclose personal recovery journey.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and maintain effective relationships with clients and staff.
• Must complete in-service and external training requirements.
• Commitment to Red Rock BHS mission.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates activities supporting physical health and wellness.
• Provides guidance on medications and their effects on health.
• Assists clients in creating and following wellness plans.
• Supports clients in recovery and self-help strategies.
• Promotes WRAP-based self-management and safety planning.
• Assists in goal setting for recovery and vocational supports.
• Builds community connections and partnerships.
