Rosecrance Moreland - Champaign, IL seeks a Unit Specialist to oversee clients with addiction, delivering daily counseling sessions and coordinating with the treatment team in a safe therapeutic setting.

Responsibilities include individual and group sessions, educational activities, and supporting families on the path to recovery. Overtime may be required, with shift 1st and onsite work.

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or GED and valid driver's license.
• CPR certification within three months of hire.
• Ability to supervise residents and coordinate education sessions.
• Willing to work overtime as needed and coordinate with the treatment team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clients with addiction in a safe therapeutic environment.
• Provide daily counseling sessions, individual, group, and educational activities.
• Coordinate with the treatment team to implement the individual plan.
• Support families and facilitate recovery principles in daily living.
• Deliver lectures and education to residents and ensure documentation.
