Rosecrance Health Network is seeking a Mental Health Recovery Specialist (1st Shift) in Champaign, IL. This role directly supervises clients, delivers treatment services, and supports recovery in daily living within a safe, therapeutic environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must qualify as an MHP per Illinois Department of Mental Health Rule.
• Ability to document in electronic health records (EHR).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet Agency insurance.
• Overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise clients in assigned program.
• Deliver treatment services and facilitate recovery in daily living.
• Provide continuity of program services in an ethical, legal and moral manner.
• Supervise and manage the behavior of residents and provide interventions.
• Implement therapeutic activities and develop independent living skills.
• Consult with staff and plan daily therapeutic direction for the shift.
