Job summary

First Steps Recovery LLC is seeking a dedicated Driver to transport clients to appointments, run errands, and assist with facility tasks. You will maintain vehicle cleanliness, perform basic maintenance, and ensure records are up to date, all while upholding a professional, confidential demeanor.

We value empathy and integrity in a recovery-focused environment. Must have a valid driver’s license, pass background and drug screening, and be willing to work varying shifts across facility locations.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task, delegate tasks, manage client care, maintain facility standards.
• Desire to assist those with chemical dependency in their recovery.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport clients to and from appointments, ensuring punctual arrivals and departures.
• Load and unload vehicles as needed and perform routine maintenance checks on company vehicles.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance and ensure vehicle cleanliness.
