Job summary

First Steps Recovery is seeking a Driver to safely transport clients to appointments, run errands, and deliver supplies. You’ll maintain accurate vehicle records, ensure daily maintenance, and support facility operations with professionalism and confidentiality.

This role requires a valid driver's license, the ability to pass background checks and drug screening, and comfort working around clients in a recovery environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Graduate or GED.
• Previous experience in administration or transportation desirable.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• CPR/First Aid.
• Drug and Alcohol Counseling Credential or Internship Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport clients to and from appointments, ensuring punctual arrivals and departures.
• Adhere to safe driving practices and all traffic laws at all times.
• Pickup and delivery of facility supplies as assigned.
• Load and unload vehicles as needed.
• Maintain interiors and exteriors of company vehicle(s) in clean condition.
• Maintain records of vehicle maintenance and ensure routine upkeep.
• Provide general support to visitors and maintain a professional demeanor.
• Maintain confidentiality of all client information.
