Job summary

HealthRIGHT 360 is seeking a Driver for the North County Serenity House residential program. You will safely transport clients to appointments and activities related to treatment, maintain respectful interactions, and document transportation services.

The role requires a valid California driver’s license, a clean driving record, and flexibility to work Monday to Friday 9:00 AM–5:30 PM, with occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed. Join a mission-driven team focused on recovery.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent; First Aid/CPR certification preferred.
• Experience as a driver in similar settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Transportation: Safely transport clients in the company vehicle following laws and policies.
• Accompany clients to offsite appointments related to treatment as needed.
• Perform periodic house runs and assist other departments to ensure safety.
• Vehicle maintenance tasks and documentation of usage logs.
• Administratively support program tasks and respond to emails when appropriate.
• May work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
