Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must pass background check and driver record check.
• Minimum of 1 year of sobriety.

Responsibilities

• Transport program participants to and from meetings, appointments, and activities.
• Maintain facility operations in the absence of senior staff.
• Ensure participant compliance with VOA policies and rules.
• Monitor clients in van and on-site and report safety concerns.
• Complete required documentation accurately and on time.
• Attend required training and supervision.
• Observe maintenance needs and safety hazards.
• Provide safe transportation for clients.
• PQI duties as assigned by supervision & PQI Committee.
