Catholic Charities is seeking a Recovery Therapist to join a multidisciplinary Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team in Washington, DC. Provide rehabilitation, crisis support, and recovery-focused services using harm-reduction approaches.

The role requires a Master's degree in a behavioral health field, current LGSW in DC, and a DC addiction certification (CAC or CB-ISTP). The position supports engaging clients in community settings and coordinating care with hospitals and detox services.

Formación

• Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related behavioral health field.
• Must hold, at minimum, a Licensed Graduate Social Worker (LGSW) credential in the District of Columbia.
• Must hold a current addictions counseling certification in the District of Columbia (CAC) or CB-ISTP.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct biopsychosocial and substance use assessments in community settings.
• Develop and implement person-centered treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Provide individual therapy using evidence-based modalities (MI, CBT, trauma-informed).
• Lead therapeutic groups for substance use recovery and relapse prevention.
• Coordinate care with ACT team and maintain clinical documentation.
