Job summary

A recovery support center is hiring Recovery Technicians to assist individuals in overcoming addiction. This position requires empathy, experience in a residential setting, and the ability to work during flexible hours. Responsibilities include monitoring client safety, providing support, and engaging in daily activities. Qualifications

• Prior experience working in a residential setting preferred.
• Experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Recovery Coach, Behavioral Health Professional (BHP), or Personal Support Specialist (PSS) is desirable.
• Desire to support individuals in residential treatment for Substance Use Disorder.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the program during assigned shifts and assess safety needs of residents.
• Act as a positive role model and provide guidance during non-treatment hours.
• Monitor emergency procedures and implement safety policies.
