Job summary

Transformation House in Minnesota is seeking a Recovery Tech Supervisor to lead our team of Recovery Technicians at a men's residential site. This hands-on leadership role emphasizes teamwork, accountability, and delivering high standards of care in daily operations.

You will coach staff, participate in hiring, monitor compliance with MN Statute 245G, and partner with leadership to continually improve the client experience and quality of care.

Qualifications

• Experience in Substance Use Disorder or Mental Health treatment settings.
• Supervisory or leadership experience in healthcare, residential, or behavioral health settings.
• Excellent communication, organization, and crisis management skills.
• Deep understanding of recovery principles and trauma-informed care.
• Strong sense of accountability and ability to motivate others.
• Flexibility and teamwork — you lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor Recovery Tech staff to uphold excellence in client care and documentation
• Participate in hiring and onboarding new team members
• Oversee new hire training, job shadowing, and ongoing staff development
• Provide on-call leadership support (including occasional shift coverage)
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching, and manage corrective actions as needed
• Monitor compliance with MN Statute 245G and all organizational policies
• Review and maintain daily logs, audits, and emergency drill documentation
• Facilitate monthly team meetings and daily huddles
• Support quality assurance through regular audits (admissions, discharges, property logs, etc.)
• Partner with leadership to strengthen operations and enhance the client experience

About the Role

We’re seeking a Recovery Tech Supervisor to guide, support, and develop our team of Recovery Technicians at one of our men's residential sites.
