Job summary

Transformation House is seeking a Recovery Tech Supervisor to lead a team of Recovery Technicians at our men's residential site in Minnesota. This hands-on leadership role emphasizes teamwork, accountability, and high standards of care, guiding day-to-day operations and ensuring exceptional client service.

You will supervise staff, participate in hiring, train new teammates, and provide on-call leadership while maintaining compliance and quality assurance across logs, audits, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in Substance Use Disorder or Mental Health treatment settings.
• Prior supervisory/leadership experience in healthcare, residential, or behavioral health settings.
• Excellent communication, organization, and crisis management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor Recovery Tech staff to uphold client care and documentation.
• Participate in hiring and onboarding new team members.
• Oversee training, shadowing, and ongoing staff development.
• Provide on-call leadership support (occasional shift coverage).
• Conduct performance evaluations and coaching; manage corrective actions.
• Monitor compliance with MN Statute 245G and policies.
• Review daily logs, audits, and emergency drill documentation.
• Facilitate monthly team meetings and daily huddles.
• Support quality assurance through regular audits (admissions, discharges, logs).
• Partner with leadership to strengthen operations and enhance client experience.

About the Role

We’re seeking a Recovery Tech Supervisor to guide, support, and develop our team of Recovery Technicians at one of our men's residential sites.
This is a hands-on leadership role — ideal for someone who thrives on teamwork, accountability, and maintaining high standards of care. You’ll set the tone for professionalism, teamwork, and compassionate service while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
