We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Recovery Support Worker. The responsibilities include:

• Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with public agencies, providers, clients, insurance companies, and community members.
• Networking with transitional, sober living, and scholarship resources.
• Assisting clients with applications and interviews for aftercare resources.
• Helping clients navigate financial assistance, Medicaid, and other coverage options.
• Developing community connections to support clients’ recovery and self-help groups.
• Organizing and scheduling guest presentations and recovery groups with local service agencies and volunteers.
• Supporting clinical teams with referrals, communication, and coordination of services like benefits and housing.
• Collaborating with clinical and medical providers to ensure quality care.
• Communicating client observations to clinicians.
• Facilitating recovery groups and pro-social activities.
• Maintaining documentation and attending trainings.
• Following up with clients post-discharge.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, at least four years of related experience, and two years of customer service experience in substance use treatment. Eligibility to obtain NH Certified Recovery Support Worker credentials within 18 months is required. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are necessary.
