Job summary

Volunteers of America Ohio & Indiana seeks an energetic Recovery Support Supervisor to lead its 24/7 team and oversee Residential Programs and facilities across its Ohio and Indiana operations. Applicants should have an Associate’s degree (Bachelor’s preferred) and prior behavioral health supervisory experience. Strong recordkeeping, math, computer and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in behavioral health preferred.
• Strong recordkeeping, math, computer and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the 24/7 team and monitor the operations of Residential Programs and facilities.
• Ensure compliance with DMHA, DCS, and VOA policies and procedures.
