Area Substance Abuse Council (ASAC) in Cedar Rapids is seeking a Recovery Support Supervisor to oversee Recovery Support Professionals and Leads at the Heart of Iowa location, ensuring program continuity and high-quality care.

As a Recovery Support Supervisor, you will supervise the Recovery Support Professionals and the Recovery Support Professional Leads assigned to the Heart of Iowa location to provide program continuity and maximize program effectiveness.
Qualified applicants will have an AA or BA in a human services or management related field. A HS Diploma/GED and experience leading staff or experience in a residential treatment environment or related field may be substituted for educational requirements. Knowledge of SUD treatment, human services, leadership and management is required, and the ability to use and work well with technology is important. Additionally, qualified candidates must be able to maintain a valid driver's license and possess and acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR) in accordance wit the organization's background policy.
ASAC offers competitive compensation, this role starts at $60,000 per yearwith additional compensation for candidates with extensive experience.
