Job summary

Community and Family Resources is seeking a Part-Time Treatment Specialist to assist the clinical counseling staff and medical staff with providing addiction rehabilitation services to adult clients in our Men's Residential unit in Fort Dodge. This role emphasizes recovery support and encouraging progress on the recovery journey.

Lived experience is not required, but those with lived experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Medication Management Certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• A valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in completion of assessment forms and orient to program services.
• Provide oversight and monitoring of clients’ whereabouts and behaviors.
• Offer clients feedback and support.
• Report client issues to staff.
• Assist with light housekeeping and transportation of clients to appointments.
• Assist with rounds of the facility and data entry.

Education
