Community and FamilyResources is seeking a Treatment Specialist to support clinical counseling and medical staff in our Men's Residential unit in Fort Dodge. The role focuses on assisting clients through assessments, monitoring behavior, and providing feedback to the team to aid recovery.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, a Medication Management Certification or ability to obtain it within 90 days, and a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance.

• Assists clients in completion of assessment forms/documents as needed.
• Orients clients to program services.
• Provides oversight and monitoring of clients’ whereabouts and behaviors.
• Offers clients feedback and support.
• Reports client issues to staff.
• Assists with light housekeeping duties, including shredding, trash, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and other areas as assigned
• Assist with transportation of clients to scheduled appointments, planned activities, or as directed by the supervisor.
• Assists with rounds of the facility.
• Assists with follow up surveys and entering data.

Community and FamilyResources is seeking a Treatment Specialist to assist the clinical counseling staff and medical staff with providing addiction rehabilitation services to adult clients in our Men's Residential unit in Fort Dodge. This position is a great fit for someone who is interested in the field of recovery and assisting people on their recovery journey. Lived experience is not a requirement for this role but we encourage those with lived experience to apply.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assists clients in completion of necessary assessment forms/documents as needed.

Schedule:

• Full-Time
  • Hours: Monday-Thursday, Overnights (10p-8a), includes some holidays.

Education and Experience Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Medication Management Certification or ability to obtain certification within 90 days of employment is required.
• A valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance is required.
